Steps: Go to Route 119, where the Weather Institute is located. Head to the top floor and speak to the scientist at the back. He will tell you which route is currently experiencing heavy rain.Once you reach the specified route, look for a peculiar dive spot (this area didn’t exist before). Use Dive to enter an underwater cave. Inside, you’ll find Kyogre waiting.
Groudon

Steps: As with Kyogre, check the weather report at the Weather Institute on Route 119. The scientist will mention a route experiencing extreme drought.Go to that route and search near rocky terrain for a new cave entrance that wasn’t there before. Enter the cave, and you’ll find Groudon.

Steps: Head to the Sky Pillar. Inside, you’ll need to use the Mach Bike to cross cracked panels. It's important to build momentum using at least three tiles before trying to cross any gaps. Continue ascending through each floor until you reach the top, where Rayquaza is waiting.(Accessible before the Pokémon League)
