To obtain Regieleki on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1), you must first have the three Hoenn Regis. To see how to get them, click here. Once you have them, place them in your team in the following order:
- Regirock
- Regice
- Registeel
Additionally, make sure you have two Electric-type Pokémon in your party. Then, head to the chamber where Regirock originally appears. To access this cave, go to the desert on Route 111 and head south.
There, you’ll find Regieleki waiting for you at level 40.
