HOW TO GET DIALGA and PALKIA on POKÉMON QUETZAL

To obtain Dialga and Palkia on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1), you must first complete the Pokémon League and follow these steps.

Defeat Lucas, who can be found on the top floor of the Lilycove City Department Store. After defeating him, make sure to equip the following team in this exact order: Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Heatran, and Cresselia.

Once you’ve beaten Lucas and have the correct team set up, head to the summit of Mt. Pyre. There, Dialga and Palkia will be waiting for you at level 70.
