To obtain Latias and Latios on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1), follow these steps. First, you must have completed the Pokémon League and travel to the Battle Frontier. Once there, go to the shop next to the Pokémon Center and purchase the Eon Ticket.
Next, head to the port in Slateport City and use the ticket to travel to Southern Island.

To get Latios, your character must be male, and you need to have a team of 6 male Pokémon. Latios will appear at level 50.

To get Latias, your character must be female, and your team must consist of 6 female Pokémon. Latias will appear at level 50.
