To obtain the Regis on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1), you’ll need to follow several specific steps:
First, make sure you have a Relicanth and a Wailord in your party, and that one of your Pokémon knows the move Dig.
Head to Pacifidlog Town, then surf west through the currents until you reach a diving spot. Dive down and head south until you find an underwater wall with inscriptions. Use Dive to surface there and enter the sealed chamber. Inside, place Wailord in the first slot and Relicanth in the last, then stand in front of the central inscription and use Dig. This will open a new chamber—interact with the inscriptions there, and a message will inform you that doors have opened elsewhere in Hoenn.
This activates the locations of Regirock, Regice, and Registeel.
Regirock
To obtain Regirock, go to the desert on Route 111. One of your Pokémon must know Rock Smash. Enter the cave at the end of the desert and stand in front of the inscription in the middle of the room. Walk two steps left and two steps down, then use Rock Smash without moving. This will open a new room where Regirock awaits at level 30.
Regice
To obtain Regice, go to the small cave located on Route 105, near Dewford Town. Read the inscription on the wall. Then, without leaving the wall, walk clockwise around the room until you return to the same spot. Read the inscription again to open a door where Regice will be waiting at level 30.
Registeel
To obtain Registeel, head to Route 120, and make sure one of your Pokémon knows Flash. Once inside the cave, stand in the center of the room and use Flash. This will reveal the chamber where Registeel is waiting at level 30.
