To obtain Suicune on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1), you must place Entei and Raikou in the first and second slots of your party, in that exact order. The rest of your team must consist of Water-type Pokémon from any generation. Once your team is ready, use Fly to reach Pacifidlog Town and head toward Route 130. On the island located along Route 130, Suicune will appear at level 30.
