To obtain Mewtwo on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1), you must place Mew in the first slot of your team, followed by five Psychic-type Pokémon from any generation. Once your team is ready, head to the Pokémon League and enter Victory Road from there.
Progress through the cave until you reach Mewtwo’s location, as shown in the image. Mewtwo will be waiting at level 70.
