To obtain Dreepy on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.2) you must go to Slateport City and head towards the top of Mt. Pyre. To get there, you’ll need to use Surf and climb up to the foggy area, then search in the tall grass. Dreepy appears at level 28 with a low probability.
In Pokémon Quetzal, unlike the original games, Dreepy evolves into Dragapult earlier. You only need to train it until level 45 for it to evolve into Dragapult.
