To obtain Jangmo-o on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1) you must go to Sky Pillar. Advance through the floors, and just before reaching the final floor (where Rayquaza appears), Jangmo-o will spawn with a low encounter rate.
Tip: If you activate the option to travel with a Pokémon and place Aerodactyl in the first slot, you won’t need to cross the floors using the bike, which is usually a tedious process. With Aerodactyl, you’ll be able to pass through without any problem.
In Pokémon Quetzal, unlike the original games, Jangmo-o evolves earlier. You only need to train it up to level 45 for it to evolve.
